It's seems so long ago since I achieved that goal, and I need a new goal now, before I slip into complacency. I love this quote from Bud Wilkinson, a USA football coach. He said.. “We compete, not so much against an opponent, but against ourselves. The real test is this: Did I make my best effort on every play?”
On that day, I can yes, I made my best effort. I can't say that about today, but then, there usually comes a tomorrow. Until tomorrow, then.

Winning the Race
