There is something to be said about hiking at sunrise. If your timing is right, the reflections from water through the ocean mist add an amazing atmospheric feel to the trees and bluffs that make up this lovely island I am living on.
Timing is everything with sunrise, and so is location. This arbutus tree seemed to be strategically placed for this photo and I loved the colour of the clouds with the morning sun reflecting on them.

The west coast is the best coast. And that's my opinion!
