Harvesting Garlic!

This afternoon. It's done! My first time growing garlic.

It smells wonderful and I have about 15 or so. I should have read up on it before I harvested. I only did that tonight, after the fact, so I think I left them in the ground a little longer than I should have, but no worries, they are now drying and will be ready to eat very soon.
