Oh So Yummie!

I mentioned in an earlier post before Christmas the wonderful appetizer we had on Christmas Eve, but just realized I forgot to share the photo. Susan made pitted dates stuffed with a roasted almond and some goat cheese, wrapped in bacon and broiled until the bacon was crisp. Amazingly delicious. Here is how it looks. I know some of you will want to try it out. Enjoy.
